EMergy employs accredited PQP Consultants who work in close coordination with the project team to integrate Estidama objectives into the whole building process.As sustainability is the soul of a good building, Estidama, which means sustainability in Arabic, aspire to promote and expand the approach of design, construction and operation of buildings to be more sustainable and energy efficient. It is an initiative developed by the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council (UPC) and conceived to impart a new mind-set that promotes the concept of living in harmony with nature and the environment, while conserving the way of life so that the future generations can benefit from these wise choices.
As part of the roadmap to a successful compliance to UPC, all building projects in the Abu Dhabi Emirate has to meet Pearl certification requirements by fulfilling the Estidama Pearl Rating System mandatory credits and voluntary credits.
EMergy’s Estidama consultancy services employ accredited PQP Consultants or Pearl Qualified Professionals who work in close coordination with the project team to integrate Estidama objectives into the whole building process, beginning from design and construction through operations and maintenance, to ensure that the project will achieve its required Pearl rating.
